How much do your notary services cost?
Our fees vary based on the type and complexity of the service required. In general, mobile and remote online notorizations are $25 for the first stamp. Please contact us directly for a detailed quote.
What's the difference between mobile and remote notarization?
Mobile notarization involves a notary traveling to the client's location to perform the service in-person. Remote notarization, on the other hand, is conducted online, where the signer and notary interact via a secure video conference.

Are my documents safe during remote notarization?

Do I need to be physically present in Illinois for mobile notary services?
Yes, our mobile notary services are currently available only in DuPage County, Illinois and surrounding areas. Our notary will travel to your chosen location within the state for the in-person signing.
What if I have a document in a foreign language?
We can notarize documents in foreign languages as long as the notarial act itself (the acknowledgment or jurat) is in English. However, it's essential that both the notary and signer understand the content and nature of the document.
